Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing or using My Budget, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial information you enter, for safeguarding your device and any account credentials, and for using the service lawfully. You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or disrupt the service.
3. Subscription
My Budget Premium is offered at $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You may cancel at any time and retain Premium access until the end of the paid period.
4. Refund Policy
If Premium does not work as described, contact us within 7 days of a charge and we will review the request and issue a refund where appropriate. Refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your full card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Failed renewals may result in Premium features being paused until payment succeeds.
6. Intellectual Property
The My Budget name, logo, app, website, design system and content are owned by My Budget and protected by intellectual property laws. Your budget data remains yours at all times.
7. Disclaimer
My Budget is a budgeting and expense-tracking tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Decisions you make based on the app are your own responsibility.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Budget is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required by law. You may stop using the service and delete the app at any time.
